The purpose of this web site is to share my photographic art with anyone interested, to provide a way of selling photographic prints and digital downloads of my images and licensing imagery for commercial use.

No images are within the Public Domain, and no image uses besides those authorized in this document are permitted. While the content of this site is deemed accurate, it is neither legally binding nor guaranteed. Lucian Badea is not responsible for improper use of the material (text, images) contained in this site. The entire content of this site, as a whole and in its parts, is protected by international copyright.
The policy on personal, non-commercial use of the images on this web site is quite liberal. You may use any image on this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only, provided that all of the following are satisfied:
- The text "Photo © Lucian Badea( www.eklipsse.net )" appears legibly next to the image - underneath, above or vertically along side it.
- No watermarks present on the image are altered or removed and no other alteration than downsizing is applied to the image (photo).
- The copyright text and the image itself must both link to my URL: http://www.eklipsse.net/
- You ask and wait for my approval for any public use of my images (i.e. your personal web site, a school report), by notifying me the actual context in which you intend to use the image(s).
Purchased downloads can be used with none of the above restrictions for non-commercial use only. Downloads are always provided using the highest available resolution for the image. Purchased prints are strictly for non-commercial use. When purchasing prints or a digital download, no watermark will be present on the image/photo.
Licensing Requests
In order for me to quote a licensing fee, I need to know specific details of your intended use of my image(s), including: advertising/editorial, medium (e.g., text book, magazine, brochure, postcard/calendar, annual report, wall display, web site, CDROM, etc.), print run (how many copies of the product will be produced), rights (regional/domestic /worldwide, nonexclusive/first/exclusive, etc.), time period (six months, three years, one time, etc.).
